Company History
Company was formed in 1969, moving into
industrial estate premises set up by the Scottish Development
Agency in the Douglas area. Ongoing research and product development
has enabled the company to supply investment cast components to
a wide range of industries, in many cases avoiding manufacturers
the need for costly machining operations.

Production of precision investment castings
(by lost wax process).
Capabilities
Castings supplied in stainless steel, high alloys and copper based
metals in weight range up to 10 kilos. Surface finishes from shot
blast up to 2.5 microns.
Plant/Facilities
Plant and equipment for production of precision investment casting
including melting and wax removal furnaces, knock out and fettling
equipment. Facilities for shot blasting and surface polishing.
